    Try interval training. Go faster for shorter
    bursts. For example, ride the stationary
    bike going as fast as you can for 30 seconds,
    then slow down to catch your breath for 30
    seconds and repeat for 3 minutes.
    Workouts
    If you're finding things tough don't worry,
    we all had to start somewhere and it gets
    easier, I promise you! Complete any workout
    at your own pace, which will also help
    avoid injury.

When you are working out remember to take deep breaths through the diaphragm and avoid shallow breathing into the chest. You want to maintain as regular a breathing pattern as possible to maximise the oxygen flow which is feeding your muscles.
