I've worked in leading bakeries across the world, creating the most lavish cakes through to being a personal chef. As a working mother short on time, my recipes and dishes have to be flexible, wholesome and full of nourishment.
I love looking after people, so most of my recipes are naturally great to share with others. There is nothing better than creating food for my family and loved ones knowing that it is full of healthy goodness. Where possible, I would always substitute refined sugar with honey or maple syrup, and I love seeking tasty low-calorie alternatives. But rest assured I'm not shy of using a healthy dollop of double cream or adding a bit of luxury with raw cacao on occasions.
