MEDITATION IS THE KEY TO A HAPPIER YOU

Meditation is something I struggled with right from the beginning. I just didn't get it! I really felt that I was kind of faking it and I just didn't understand what it actually achieved. But I persevered and did many courses with different people, from gong meditation (somebody plays on a huge gong to create vibrations that are meant to wash through your body and cleanse your mind) to transcendental meditation and many others. There are many kinds of meditation or mindfulness types of training and you have to find the type that works for you.
